Supplemental Terms

We drafted these Supplemental Terms to provide a detailed description of our Services.
These Supplemental Terms are a binding agreement between us, Mithril Security SAS. a French (“Mithril Security””, “Company”, “us”, “we”), and You, whether you are a user (“User”, “you”) or a customer (“Customer”, “you”).
Whenever you want to use the Services that we provide at https://cloud.mithrilsecurity.io, and related sites (the “Website”), https://github.com/mithril-security/blindai, https://mithrilsecurity.io, these Supplemental Terms, together with our Terms of Services, notices and policies available at https://cloud.mithrilsecurity.io, and/or any other binding document that we provide and/or that you sign (the “Terms”), will apply to you.
By accessing, using or purchasing the Services, you consent to all of these Terms and policies. So, if you do not agree with any of those, please do not access, use or purchase the Services.
We may change or update the Terms from time to time. Changes will be effective 10 days following posting on the Website. If you continue using the Services 10 days following such posting, that means you accept those changes.
Capitalized terms used in these Supplemental Terms shall have the same meaning as in the Terms of Service, or any other binding document between us.
In the event of a conflict between these Supplemental Terms, and the Mithril Security Terms of Service, these Supplemental terms shall prevail.
Inference API

Whenever you want to use the Services that we provide at https://cloud.mithrilsecurity.io and related sites (the “Website”), these Supplemental Terms, together with our Terms of Services, notices and policies available at https://cloud.mithrilsecurity.io, and/or any other binding document that we provide and/or that you sign (the “Terms”), will apply to you.
By accessing, using the Services, you consent to all of these Terms. So, if you do not agree with any of those, please do not access, use or purchase the Services.
Capitalized terms used herein shall have the same meaning as in the Terms or any other binding document between us.
1. DESCRIPTION OF THE INFERENCE API SERVICE
Mithril Security will provide access to its machine learning model inference infrastructure as a service via its Application Programming Interface as documented at the following link: https://blindai.mithrilsecurity.io/en/latest/resources/blindai/client.html
Access to the Inference API Service will be limited Except as expressly agreed otherwise in writing, Customer shall not provide Mithril Security any access to Customer related personal data in connection with the Inference API Service. Each Party will exercise commercially reasonable efforts not to disclose any personal data to the other Party and to restrict the other Party’s access to its personal data. If Mithril SecurityHis given access to Customer related personal data, Mithril Security will protect such personal data using a reasonable standard of care as described in Mithril Security’s privacy and security policies.
2. INFERENCE API SERVICE TERM
The Customer may use Inference API Service on the Effective Date of the Agreement or otherwise stated in the applicable Order Form, and for the period of our choice. an initial period of one (1) year (the initial “Service Term”).
Upon expiration or termination of the Service Term, the Customer shall cease to use the Inference API Service as of the effective date of that expiry or termination.
3. MISCELLANEOUS
In the event of a conflict between these Supplemental Terms, and the Mithril Security Terms of Service, these Supplemental terms shall prevail.
